Using Nikivo
Nikivo provides research, scoring and recommendations to help you evaluate residential property. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when using the assessment.
Not financial or legal advice
Buyer scores, investment scores and appreciation estimates are analytical opinions generated from available data. They are not investment, tax or legal advice. Always verify RERA registrations, titles and approvals independently before transacting.
Property information
Pricing, possession dates, configurations and amenities are sourced from builders and public records and may change without notice. Nikivo does not guarantee accuracy or availability of any listed project.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape, resell or republish Nikivo content, attempt to reverse engineer our scoring, or use the platform to send unsolicited marketing to other users.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
