Information we collect
We collect the answers you give in the home buying assessment, contact details you submit through forms, and basic usage analytics such as pages viewed and device type.
How we use it
Your assessment answers are used to generate your buyer score, investment score and project recommendations. Contact details are used to respond to enquiries and, where you have asked for it, to arrange site visits or consultations.
Sharing
We share your contact details with a builder or developer only when you explicitly request a site visit or callback for their project. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Storage and security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level access controls, so your assessments and saved projects are visible only to your account.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and assessment history at any time by writing to hello@nikivo.com.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to resume an in-progress assessment. Analytics cookies are used only in aggregate.
